Viewing Customers

The dashboard’s user management area gives you a consolidated view of who uses your product, how they behave, and what they have bought.

User management: analytics and customer table.

Analytics overview

At the top you get summary analytics, including average revenue per user, new users, and repeat users, presented as charts. Use this to spot trends before drilling into individual rows.

Customer table

The table lists your users with practical columns: last activity, email, user type (first-time vs repeat), opt-in status, sessions, total spend, product, and a link or control to open details. The interface also shows a count of users matching the current view.

Filters

Narrow the list with filters such as:

  • All users, first-time only, or repeat users

  • Time-based or subscription-oriented segments where applicable

  • Users inactive for 30 days

  • Users who have revoked opt-in

Combine filters with the table to answer support questions or run targeted review.

Export

Click Export CSV to download customer data for spreadsheets, backups, or internal tools.

Individual customer details

Use the details control (for example the arrow or row action) to open a single customer’s profile. That view supports deeper inspection when you need to follow up on a specific account.
